This understanding, he said, ties the Russian innovation system of science and higher education to foreign centers of decision-making, and this state of affairs sotio-technologies, working in the interests of Western countries, are trying to declare as main way of development of mankind.

"The main problems of innovative development of Russia are outside the sphere of science and innovation, - said Robert Nizhegorodtsev. - In the absence of a nationally oriented development strategy of the country, any partial changes will be a continuation of the course on the destruction of the country and its separate spheres of life - the defense industry, education and science, industrial and agricultural production, undermining its territorial integrity and global competitiveness. This is - an innovative development imperatives. " Innovative Development Alternatives will be discussed during Drukerovsky readings.

"Now there are no national customers in strategically important innovative products, and therefore science" engaged in the business ": for the state money under investigation in the mass is not for the state - said the expert. - We also often confused with the term, come up with all sorts of areas of advanced development, business and other akselerator, Technopark, working on the budget money, the organization engaged in a variety of public events, but not the cultivation of business teams with promising projects. "

When asked how the institutional support should be organized

At the same time, the state must provide co-financing of priority projects of this kind. Secondly, according to the expert, it is necessary to take into account the forecasts of technological trends promising production technologies in Russia and in the world against the background of global trends on the basis of the developed set of scientometric performance.
