March 24 at the fourth Moscow Economic Forum the conference "Freedom, justice, solidarity and development", whose members set out to search for alternative directions of social and economic policy, both Russian and international was held. Panelists identified this alternative as the FJSD (freedom, justice, solidarity, development (USSR for russian abreviation (word-game here), where freedom - is not only the independence of private business and the citizen from arbitrary dictates of the state, but also the practical creation of new forms and economy institutions, providing scope for progress of human qualities and justice - it is equal starting opportunities for everyone, solidarity - this is the traditional and new forms of economy, development - that's progress of the economy and society as a whole. The moderators of the conference was a graduate student of economic faculty of Moscow State University University Jabborov Dallaire, Chief Researcher of the Research Center "Giprotsement-Science" Joseph Abramson, professor of Moscow State Pedagogical University, Boris Slavin.

Achieving social justice is possible only if it is done with the concept of economic efficiency, says Head of the Department of Political Economy Center methodological, historical and Economic Research Institute of Economics Mikhail Voeikov. "Because the most effective in terms of market activities - a porn and drug trafficking. And there is no social justice. The more something is unfair, the more it is cost-effective ", - the scientist explains. It is necessary with the help of the state to fix the market within a certain behavior only under these conditions freedom, justice and solidarity will be achieved - concluded Voeikov.

On the need to move away from the current model of financial market spoke researcher at the Institute of Economics, RAS Oleg Komolov. He noted that in terms of monopolization of the economy, exacerbation of systemic financial risk, and many other capitalist ideas of market self-contradictions is time to replace the policy of state intervention in the economy. "Without direct state intervention the modern economy can not function. In addition, this intervention is sometimes very tough and aggressive, until the forced nationalization of the major actors of the modern economy ", - said Komolov. However, anti-crisis policy conducted by the state in practice is not conducive to resolving the fundamental contradictions of the modern economy, concluded the scientist, because, after nationalized enterprises are cured at public expense, they revert back to the private sector, that is actually restores the status quo, and the new form the preconditions for the next crisis, concluded the speaker.

Ultimately, according to the scientist, the consequences of the crisis are shouldered by the working people, because it is at the expense of public funds the government recovers the private sector and private capital solves the problems that brought the economy to the crisis. Thus, in the modern economy contradictory trends are becoming increasingly evident: on the one hand, the state is under threat of systemic risk forced to more actively intervene in the market process, recourse to non-market methods of regulation of the economy, on the other hand, the preservation of the modern mode of production dominant private ownership leads to constant reproduction of crisis, and the decision arising in connection with this contradiction, again sought the society in the field of private limited freedoms, - summed up the expert of the RAS.

"Stop thinking that the government, the President, the Parliament, business leaders, and those who serve them, mainstream media and the rest of the" elite "is concerned, to ensure the progress of the country and not to make economic and social crimes" - called in his speech, Deputy Co-Chairman of the Forum, professor of Economics Faculty of Moscow State University Alexander University Buzgalin. He noted that the "elite", by and large, do not care what happens to most citizens of the country they are interested in strengthening their economic and political power, power, and consequently, revenues. They are carriers of subjective alienation and those who suppress freedom, but it is not free themselves, said Buzgalin.

MEF speaker suggested to understand Justice as a return of a portion of the unpaid labor of the worker assigned to the owner that he is, by and large, had stolen from nature, mind, talent, people, workers, engineers, scientists. A development according to Buzgalin, must be distinguished from growth, as growth may be due to speculation, mediation, complex financial games, sale of raw material.

Conference participants agreed that historical tradition should be reconsidered, Russia must leave the capitalist path of development and use of the institutions of power, property and people's behavior, which developed in the course of centuries of historical development of the country.

This, for example, the special role of the state, the paternalistic role of the state, indivisibility of power and property. XXI century, according to the speakers - is the age of the great revival of traditions. The sooner the citizens realize this, the sooner Russia will take the path of freedom, justice, solidarity and development, concluded the participants of the discussion.
