Now the spring planting season is in full swing. This year, the subsidies to farmers and the family farm animals of Primorye increased by 90 million rubles and 125 million rubles. But the allocation of additional funding is sufficient measure?

- Primorsky Territory budget is 80 billion, and agriculture emit only 125 million. Of course, this is not enough. I am sure that the matter is in the half-witted "reformers" who does not know the real life, hence illiterate budget allocation. The fact that we have minimized production and does not develop agriculture, does not worries anybody in the offices .

My party comrades, even in difficult realities of Russia were able to raise their businesses, they know about the modern economy, a hundred times more than many officials, because they are busy with real production. And the people who have dedicated their lives to the work in the factory or the village, can not hurt the hearts, when they see how it is bent, falling apar. We give land to the Chinese, when only with state support given, a feasible loan - we can processes everything not worse than them.

The head of "Partiya Dela", all the representatives of regional associations and various experts meet regularly in Moscow Economic Forum to help each other in solving problems in the field using actually performed, rather than on paper, plans and programs.

- What programs proposed by "Partiya Dela" were realized in practice?

- In the past year, it was possible to get through to the government. As a result, the program of government subsidies to the agricultural sector with the purchase of domestic equipment was earned. And our manufacturers annual growth of 30% against the backdrop of global recession. This year we expect to grow by another 20%. Pretty simple measure - and what effect. After all, everyone understands that the increase in productivity in any area of said first and foremost the creation of new jobs, and thus increasing the well-being of citizens in the region.

- Chinese investors had already being openly, on the federal level, given the green light to the assimilation of the Primorsky Territory. Even the plan to create Russia's first Chinese livestock cluster. And according to the director of the Institute of Agricultural Marketing Elena Tyurin, "it is not necessary to fear that the Chinese will take away market share of the Russian players", as domestic investors "practically do not invest in the production in the Far East." Why domestic investors "practically do not invest?"

- Because the government keeps changing the rules of the game and support to domestic investors is very difficult to achieve. - Let's talk about Spassk-Dalniy, from which there have been persistent news about the critical financial situation. The city has huge debts, and in addition, the criminal case acting head of Spassk-Far Vadim Mironenko sent to the court. - Primorye territory are almost artificially depressed, and that's one of the areas - a city Spassk-Dalniy. Financial inflows from no edge, the head had to first pay public sector wages, and then to allocate funds for housing already. Nowadays, any head of the city can be held accountable for this or that, such a system is to keep him on the hook, as if starting to show some initiative, or does not agree with the government, it is automatically fed by the article. The same happened in Nakhodka and Bolshoi Kamen. Why now for Spassk Far voiced this problem, it is already two years there? Just a thought formed a city, and it has been viewed as one of the candidates for the post of the head; to remove him as a disagreeable, rolled out this folder, simply cut off the road to man.

- Speaking of awkward power policies, did you watch the movie "Game of the opposition"?

- Yes, I have been watching up to the end waiting for the talk about the relationship of our party with Masson and Reptilians, but apparently they have left it for the second part of the film. Unfortunately, this is a trend in recent years: if there is opposition, it immediately stigmatized as "American spies". People who speak directly about all the problems, so try to blacken. I'm not scared, we will continue to set the power of pressing issues and to defend the interests of Primorye.

- Tell me, what's the story with the displaced families, who were left without money and land in Dalnerechensk area?

- Two years ago Russian family living in Bolivia decided to become a member of the state program for the resettlement of compatriots to return home. They moved to Dalnerechensky District, where the head of the rural settlement agreement was signed on the acquisition of land for 5 million rubles. "I did not recieve anything, and the land passed into the rental of China citizens" - with these words addressed to me for help the family of the father.
