Young entrepreneurs and businessmen discussed how to start a business in a changing environment and how to identify priority areas for business development. The meeting was held in the framework of the fourth Moscow Economic Forum.

Opening the meeting Vyacheslav Semenchuk, a serial entrepreneur, identified one of the main problems of those who are starting their business at once - the difficulty in choosing a niche for business. According to the speaker, the most practical thing today - is to take a variety of niche services.

"We now live in a time of crisis, we have large number of different sanctions, and, in my opinion and in practice, especially the interaction with the children in the region, no matter how it sounded strange and apolitical - it's a niche of import substitution. That is really now offers a large number of niches ranging from software development (software), ending with the establishment of production in Russia, because we objectively stand and began to cost less than the production or development in most countries. And the objective is now quite competitive for international niche, "- said Semenchuk.

Colleague was supported by and entrepreneur from Lipetsk Eugene Bondarenko.

"Very often young entrepreneurs say:" I do not know where to start. " In fact, it is a very scary question because they think that the main thing is to make the first step, and then somehow they believe to understandeverything else. Unfortunately, not many get to. Someone, yes, they do their first step, then they get the problems to fight, but best of all is to calculate your business model, and has to go forward, knowing all the risks and all its capabilities "- shared her opinion Bondarenko .

According to Eugene, today the country lacks entrepreneurs worship, there is a well-established model of a good specialist. This means that young people coming out of the walls of the University, will likely look for a good job, rather than start own business. This situation needs to be changed, the speaker said.

Lack of scale of a young businessman in the approach to their own business is the second problem, to which drew the attention of the audience Eugene Bondarenko.

"I want to warn you of such limited thinking, when you start your business. Think just for the future, think about the global business model, how your business will develop, "- Bondarenko said.

If you do business, you have to do exactly the things that in the long run may be the foundation for our country and for our life - said the businessman Boris Preobrazhensky.

"I talk to a lot of entrepreneurs colleagues from around the world, and what I noticed in comparison with Germany. E.g. In Germany, there is a bakery. It was owned by great-grandfather, grandson, great-grandson. He did not run to open a car wash, cafe-restaurant, it is engaged in the bakery, does not make it into the big shop. He has a bakery, and he works on it, makes money, provides a family, taxes revenue, pay salaries to employees. And it is stable, it is the German economy. And at ours: "I've earned something, opened there, then lost, opened again, gained, lost, again opened." This is instability. So let's move to a stable business, "- called the Preobrazhensky.

The main idea that sounded from the lips of the audience is to be closer to the consumer and to study his desire closer. Particular attention should be paid to the service, to come up with it, and provide the client.

Dmitry Kibkalo, founder of "Mosigra" believes that service - the competitive advantage of small businesses. And by the service completely different things can be understood: the quality of communication, the quality of customer service and business cunning. Assortment and price, according to the speaker, are not the strong points of a small business.

"Unfortunately, young entrepreneurs forget that in some areas the demand is not price elastic, as, for example, my field of activity - a manufacturing consulting. But now businesses have become so similar, almost identical, and on the market of the same price service really wins. The service can be different, and you can have in relation to its activities to make its service convenient, useful and valuable to your target audience. In this it is necessary to focus and pay attention, "- said the businessman Eugene Bondarenko.

The second "Gazprom" is unlikely to be created, and many businesses in the west are not always relevant for us - the participants of the meeting noted. The most optimal according to the audience area for business - services, and direction gaining popularity migrated from offline to online.

Businessman Boris Preobrazhensky thinks that such a scheme for development of the business today is the most promising.

"I think that any big business, exactly the industry, it will move quietly online. Chain stores will be closed, all will go online. And if the first do ... is now selling many of the concrete, sand - all online. But this is the direction from an online to migrate offline, and in this there is a certain zest ", - stressed the Preobrazhensky.

"To be an entrepreneur is a very difficult job. One has to live his own business and then any business would be easy and there will be no disbalances. Best option of entrepreneurship is the flagship which is under full sail is moving forward, "- shared his opinion Muslim Muslimov, entrepreneur, and social activist.

Ilya Timoshin, chairman of the business development projects of the Committee on AMPR noted that the need to learn from each error to extract experience and capabilities.

"We are taught in school to be afraid to make mistakes, blamed for misconduct, formed the fear of evaluation by others, which makes it difficult for most business activities to continue. The man who makes no mistakes does nothing. We must learn from the mistakes of each extract experience and new opportunities, but we are not tought. The more mistakes, the more experience and opportunities "- said Timoshin.

Concluding the meeting, the participants came to the conclusion that with the right support young entrepreneurs will be able to create new meanings and horizons as they look are not dimed with the past. And wished himself and future colleagues to maintain romance without losing the experience, and asked not to forget that the person is more important than wealth.
