Today, we are conscious that the higher echelons of power does not have the demand for anti-colonial agenda, and the task of the liberation of Russia from the colonial status can not be solved solely by financial means, when the country's political elite and its foreign curators interested in preserving its colonial status. Roundtable recommendations are addressed not to the authorities, but to the healthy patriotic forces of the country.

The need for the withdrawal of Russia from the colonial state and the restoration of its full political sovereignty are obvious to all healthy forces of the country. This requires the implementation of major reforms in all spheres of life.

March 24, 2016 at the Moscow Economic Forum round table called "Anti-colonial agenda for the future of Russia."

As a result of the last year event, it was decided that there is a need to develop a nationally oriented financial Russian doctrine. At this roundtable MEF 2016 hotly debated on the ways out of Russia from the colonial state and the restoration of full political sovereignty, as well as the problem of employment, that have to raise Russia from its knees. The speakers noted that the basic industry is now jeopardized, and this process contributes to the devaluation of the ruble, the sanctions, the massive price reduction. As well as Russia staged in terms of hybrid war, that is, prices of commodities are in the manipulation mode. The proposal to develop protective countermeasures in all spheres of national life were presented during the event. In geopolitics - a way out of the influence of the international financial and economic centers, to drive Russia into bondage, a shift towards mutual benefit, active opposition to the military, diplomatic, economic units, exerted. In the economic sector - the creation of the Eurasian gold fund, formation of the nondollar zone, building a solid economic foundation in Russia. In the field of finance - Russian Finance sovereignization, change in emission principle. The ideology - to form a strong spiritual foundation, the basic idea of which is for the production of all-round human development.

Rybkovskaya Olga in her speech stressed that Russia needs to create its own geo-economic pole. Such an attempt had been made back to the International Economic Conference in 1952, then the Soviet Union, the socialist countries, as well as the state, received sovereignty tried to create the nondollar zone, guided by the principle - each country should have its own currency. Now, by the expert’s opinion, there is such an organization - it is BRICS. But Russia has no base to implement large-scale projects and be more attractive for partners in the block. Russia should have a completed project: and for this it is necessary to strengthen the foundations of sovereignty.

Panelists talked about the creation of an interdisciplinary expert group of patriotic orientation, its functions. The main objective of the group - the development and implementation of projects aimed at the return of Russia's sovereign status and the creation of a strong, prosperous state. All the recommendations were addressed to the patriotic-minded forces in the country who will be able to include and implement them directly in the program of their parties.
