"They perform a critical mission of preserving the technological sovereignty of our country. So they, in our view, should become the nucleus of a third political force, and, as a consequence, a new nationally-oriented Russian elite"- with these words Lapushkin proposed to start the discussion.

He pointed out that in the Russian reality electoral system can not be considered an effective method of updating the power - proof of this is the experience of Partiya Dela. Leader of the "Novorossia" movement, Chairman of the "Committee of January25" Igor Strelkov in detail told about the two forces that affect the current situation in our country. The first camp is a government, which, according to Strelkov, trying to sit on two chairs, maneuvering between the interests of big comprador speculative capital and raw material monopolies allied with it, on one hand, and the corporate interests of Putin's entourage itself, on the other. The differences between the two forces are not so significant - the representatives of these camps adhere strictly to the policy of including Russia in the world economic and political system as a junior partner of the leading world powers - the United States and the European Union. The differences relate only to the desired degree of partnership and autonomy - "like crawling - on your lap or on the belly"?

While the economic situation remained favorable due to the boom in commodity prices in the country, all the problems had been safely shelved noticed Strelkov. Now they again come to the surface in an acute-chronic form, and recipes to combat the crisis of the first and the second camp are not essential to satisfy the active population. Andrei Kobyakov said that most political parties had been deliberately neglecting in the past 25 years, outlining its credo in the form of programs. He pointed out that today the liberals are strong because they are always based on specific classes - this small owners and oligarchs, and transnational corporations. According to Kalashnikov in 25 years Russia has gone from scientific and industrial society to a certain raw feudalism, which provoked landslide de-industrialization of the country, the decline of science and education. Because this system required the conversion of the country to the raw pipe, the real national manufacturer turned the oppressed class. Therefore, the speaker sees Russian salvation in the new industrialization, which are not interested in the two existing raw power.

"Why do we need a third force? This is the only talent pool for new industrialization, since it is the regional industrialists, innovators and farmers are now the bearers of successful business management experience and high technology. Among raw traders and officials there are no such carriers,"- said Maxim Kalashnikov.

Political analyst Andrei Kolyadin in his speech tried to answer the question of whether there is a crisis of the political system really is. He pointed to a general imbalance of the control system in a state where each of the decision-making centers - ministries, agencies, regional leaders - start to operate completely independently, not matching with colleagues. On the other hand, the political crisis of the system in our country is characterized by the appearance of substitutes - "some formations that seem to perform functions of the state or civil society, but, nevertheless, closing the gaps that need to make constitutional bodies", said the analyst. Among the serious systemic problems Andrei Kolyadin called the overlap of social mobility in the country, as well as between cultural paradigms of the ruling class and the rest of society. Pereslegin believes that hope for Russia's entry into the global world is fatally flawed because, ranking sixth and even seventh technological orders, the United States will spare no mode of globalization. And the big question is, what will be the world's financial and logistics system in the near future.

Active forces in Russian current situation gravitate towards two different directions: one fourth technological way trying to police (in other words, to return to the Soviet Union), the second - a liberal - to strengthen the fifth, postindustrial technological way. MEF speaker believes that such a "gable roof" third force can only appear within a state.
