Potapenko: it is time to disperse officials and give business freedom

Published: September 12th, 2016

In Rostov-on-Don, yesterday, 8 September, a meeting of a prominent businessman, and now deputy Dmitry Potapenko who talked with the business community of Rostov and shared their thoughts and ideas about conducting the business in the current economic and bureaucratic situations.

Potapenko argued that our economy is not in a deplorable state, but experiencing the agony. Businessmen are strangled by taxes, byurakracy red tape and does not allow normal functioning in the framework of the system that has developed in Russia. Potapenko especially emphasizes the fact that each country has to do his own thing, and not drown in the permanent records, pieces of paper and bureaucracy that stifles entrepreneurs stronger in recent years. Rosstat this year has introduced six new provisions, which the entrepreneur must submit reports even more. The question is, why is all this necessary? What's the point of this?

"The number of documents and checks is immoral, it should not be like this. Here, you render services to the public on writing articles. You know how it is, you speak the language well. You go to the site of public services, and write that you, conditionally, Ivan Ivanovich, you want to provide services for writing text. After that, do not open additional accounts, because you already have an account with Sberbank, you have a VAT number, you have everything. And untill you have a turnover of up to 120 million rubles from the state do not charge any taxes and duties "- if it is to operate, the small business in Russia will be able to finally develop.

Potapenko, in his usual sarcastic manner, suggested to disperse the apparatus of state officials who sit on the neck of the citizens, who, according to him, put a spoke in the wheel of businessmen and ordinary citizens. Potapenko said that officials would look better in the fields or as cleaners, rather than engage in chicanery and interfere with citizens. independent business system operates in many countries around the world. This makes it possible to develop the economy. And our economy is critical falter, according to a businessman, already in 2019, when the world championship will be held. For it will have to pay ordinary citizens, particularly ZHHK and raise taxes because the money for stadiums service will be taken from the pockets of ordinary citizens.

Businessman believes that the Rostov region is a forerunner in terms of agrarian culture and the development of new industries. But the situation that is emerging with the businessmen on the Don, is unacceptable. The arrests, lawsuits against banks, constant checks - this is unacceptable. Potapenko pointed out that on the eve of his arrival, Vadim Vaneev, CEO of GC "Eurodon" Vnesheconombank had been sued to 4 billion rubles. And Vaneev is the creator of a new branch of production of turkey meat on Don. Potapenko highly indignant that the businessman simply can not pay their loans because of the prohibitively high rates of the Central Bank. But in order to reduce the rate of change is necessary to slow the entire banking system. Unfortunately, there is no "pill" to do it all at once.
