Adviser to the Russian president, Sergei Glazyev, explained how it is possible to use the national crypto currency, called the "cryptoruble" economist. Glazyev is confident that the release of the crypto currency will soon have the same fundamental importance as the issue of national money, reports kommersant.ru.

The presidential adviser said that only the state would have the right to issue such currency; there will be no "minings". "It's just a decision of the authorities to issue a non-cash form of a discrete flow of monetary units," added the advisor.

At the same time, the "cryptorubl" will guarantee everyone complete protection from fraud and theft, since it will be used exclusively in the target area and in the target space. "Wherever there is a requirement for a special expenditure of funds, whether it is state spending, budget investments, the work of banking structures and corporations, and this unit can be used," concluded Glazyev.

Earlier, the expert participated in a meeting held in the Presidential Administration on the regulation of the Crypto-currency.
